During the Ouverture, Jocus will present two films about carnival in 1939 and 1947. The Jocus Museum will show two newly discovered films every hour in the auditorium.

The Jocus Museum recently acquired two 8mm films that were recorded during carnival in 1939 and 1947. These films have been digitized and restored and provide a beautiful image of carnival just before and just after the Second World War. The images have not been shown before and Jocus is “gruëts” to be able to present these films during the Ouverture.

The performances will take place in the auditorium of the Jocus Museum from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, every hour on the hour. You will receive confirmation of your registration well in advance. Don't wait too long, because full=full.

Admission is free, there is a possibility to donate (digitally).
